Be careful of them. Even a local shimano outside rep. has dived their dumpster to see where they get their 'stuff'. Rumors are that they are a retail arm of QBP, so warranty shouldn't be an issue but..just an educated 'rumor'.

I've got mostly SRAM Force AXS on my bikes, but no SRAM cranks, due to their limited range. Their FDs do a fine job of shifting Campy Chorus or Shimano GRX cranks with a 16T difference. Never a chain drop in over 15,000 miles. SRAM seems to be proud they only offer cranks with a 13T difference.

I didn't buy my parts from them. I bought before any price reductions. Several sources briefly offered low prices, but I think they're just clearing out stock for the new product. I've never needed warranty replacement on anything and pay no attention to warranty policies. One thing about SRAM electronic parts is they all have a unique electronic identification number. Once they're on the AXS phone app, SRAM knows what parts each owner has and how long they've been in use.

Planet Cyclery is listed as an authorized dealer on the SRAM website.
