2013 Parlee Z5 front derailleur cable removal issue

2013 Parlee Z5 front derailleur cable is stuck in a cable stop inside BB shell

See arrow in attached image. It is stuck in tight and can't simply be pulled from one end. Attempts to get something around the back of it have also failed.

Took it to LBS and they are also stumped on method to extract without
damaging the frame.

Any help appreciated !

Probably just corrosion. That small hole thru the bb of the z5 wasn't a great design choice. Drip penetrating lube down the cable until it loosens up, then flip the bike and up from the bottom. May take a few days.
