Neither do I. I had to pretend like there was something governing the lawlessness that abides inside my head.

When you don’t have a reason or season to ride them all during a calendar year. I do use my fat bike year around. My gravel bike 9 months out of the year. My Litespeed T3 disc is my main road bike. My Blue AC1 is my rollers and travel bike. Thinking about getting another road bike to leave at my daughters house in El Cerrito Ca.

I refuse to read this thread, and recommend a time out for the OP for such blasphemy

100%. My stable usually has an add/drop each year, and the catalyst is often the nagging mental burden that sets in when a bike isn't being used.

I’m thinking I’d be okay with about a dozen bikes, but that means I need to first sell three or so.
And by selling three or so, I’ll be able to get another one, right? |

With your reasoning of a dozen being cool, then I'm still cool. No need for me to sell anything. I could even stand a few more to plump up my numbers.
