My buddy once asked me why his Campy hubs made so much noise. I told him that it was sound of tiny Italian angels dancing on the pawls. He then pointed out that I was riding Shimano Ultegra.

I am very willing to part with it. I believe the medium cage has 36T chain wrap which would complement the full 35T range of the 50/40/30 - 13-28.
115.5, and for fatter seat tube diameters to ensure sufficient inward travel of the Fder to get the chain on the small ring. 'May' need it for 31.8, will for 34.9...seat tubes.

First, thanks for all the comments and advice, very helpful.

Went to my happy place (bike co-op) yesterday, and ended up with a Sakae Super Custom triple crankset, 48,40,28 rings (plus a spare 32t) in great shape, along with a BB 118mm (seatpost is ~35mm), and a Sachs triple front derailleur. All for a $25 bill. Oh, and found a Campy Centaur 10 speed rear derailleur (not for this build). Still need a med/long cage rear D though.

Am going to polish the driveline today, until it gleams like...gold...because it is...precious to me...

It's mine, I tell you, mine!!!
