Mid 80s L.L. Bean branded Cannondale
Popped up on vintagecannondale.com
http://community.vintagecannondale.c....137/#post-569 Anyone know what year these were sold, or have '84-'87 Bean catalogs? I've looked around online but only turned up a 1983 catalog.

1987, 88, or 89. 1987 was the fist year for the black plastic top tube cable guides and by 1990 all their touring bikes had canti brakes

L.L.Bean Cannondale "Sport Bike"
This bike was in some catalogs in that time frame, but I'm pretty sure there was a limited time soft recall due to the possibility of the frame cracking. I stripped mine and cut the frame up years ago. It was the first non-touring road bike L.L.Bean sold. I could probably find my old catalog if you want me to copy the page.
