Theft proof Serotta - Warning: Disturbing content!

The frame (mid-late 70's, serial BS 564) details are in another PL thread: https://forums.thepaceline.net/showthread.php?t=308938 so I won't go over them again. Here's the build with Campy 11 speed and 'theft proof' bar tape.

To answer the obvious question - I may leave the frame color alone, and repaint the tape!

Ride it like YOU stole it!

Haha. I always liked those fade color schemes. Looks good.

I have to say the bar/hood area looks like an absolute nightmare of a hand position. Is the set-up ccomfortable like that? I feel like with the fit you've got going on you would really benefit from a more modern shape compact bar. Just a thought.

Yer right, the bar position as shown absolutely sucks, or it would if I actually used 'em like that...but it is because I ride 'em so high (73 y/o with hand arthritis) that it looks funky, thus I wimped out and rotated 'em down to look cool. All my other bikes have Specialized Hover bars, but they're 31.8mm clamp size. This is my initial setup to test the bike, so more fussing is planned. Rides great BTW.

If this bike is in a major city, it will be stolen.
