It reads 'innocent until proven guilty' right?

Lots of conjecture but no proof of anything as far as I know.

Dark Jeep with a bike rack, how many of those you think are in greater Austin?
More importantly no picture of who was driving it.
A gun of that type? OK but unless the gun had a defective or damaged barrel or firing pin can't be 'proven'. Nor who might have fired it. Either person living in that house had access to it and could have handled it.

Let's see how long it takes to actually get her back to Austin. That's when things really start.

Presumably the police know more than we do. They have to present a certain amount of evidence to get a warrant.

And again, about that while fleeing the country and changing your appearance. Rare as far as I know for innocent people.

Next legal question: The fleeing to a foreign country just after a warrant is issued surely looks suspicious, but that happened after the murder occurred, so does it have any direct bearing on the murder itself? Could the defense attorney cite this as prejudicial evidence and ask that it not be entered at trial?

The one armed man. She was pursuing him when the Costa Rican police and US Marshalls bagged her.

What is a measure of 'justice'? Mo is gone and nothing will change that fact.
Putting someone in prison for 10 or 20 years won't. Nor would killing them.
You use the term justice like revenge. And all before anything has been brought forward as evidence.

Does the video just show a dark jeep or her license plate?

I mean… nothing will bring her back, but society decided a long time ago that penalties will be paid for breaking laws. And killing another human is kind of a big one.

There exists a warrant that was convincing enough to extradite. Only one suspect we know of, who felt the need to flee the country after selling off her only large liquid asset, and alter her appearance surgically.

I’m not sure it’s entirely unreasonable to make an educated guess as to what may have happened.

It's a separate charge, but likely will be part of the same trial.

Sure innocent until proven guilty. This thread has been and still is full of ridiculous speculation without any basis. BUT, as someone who spent 15+ years as a chief deputy prosecuting attorney I would bet everything I own that she killed Mo.

So she can use the “I fall to pieces” defense?
