Cool vintage photos

Check out the Facebook page on Baltimore's Service Course Cycle Studio. He posts lots of old photos from the 70s,80s and 90s.

Love this shot... especially this time of the year.

That photo and all similar ones just got a little bit more sad last night:
in the middle of the night, without prior notice/official communication to the public nor, more important, to their employees, Shernon Holding, which owned Mercatone Uno, declared bankruptcy via Facebook, abandoning all 55 Mercatone Uno stores, 1860 employees, and 500+ suppliers.

No employees, some of whom even had bonuses as store credit vouchers, nor clients of course, some of whom showed up this morning to pick up items they had already paid for, were even allowed to enter the stores this morning.

What is still undetermined (and more relevant to this thread) is what will happen to all the Pantani/Mercatone Uno team memorabilia that M U apparently still owned.

Cool. I still haven't been up to the shop but I'm glad it's there.
