Green Aegis

Here's the Aegis Aro Svelte I used to have. The green is a dark metalflake on top, a rich almost dutch door green, then fading to a brighter green at the lower end of the frame. The signature curved seat tube is emphasized by the color. The fork was matching, and the bike handled beautifully. The seat post clamp had a clever internal squeeze approach that did not flex the carbon. All shimano, right through to those wheels with the interesting through the rim spokes. I always thought the design and color were pretty special, from a design and color point of view. I wish I had better pictures, the color is clearer on the headtube shot.

This one is radioactive mossy. Sparkly metallic lime green. Not classy or timeless but then neither is my cazzo.

Rainy day photo doesnt do it justice

I found and posted a photo of my mossy Allrounder back on page one. I am so proud of my computer skill--it only took me 24 hours to find the shot and figure out how to reduce and post the file. Next I'm going to tackle synching my Smart Phone email with my Mac Book Pro email.

When I had my mooney built I said "metallic British racing green". Then I was "forced" to choose from a bunch of one inch swatches in poor light. The only thing I don't love about my bike. The shade of green.

I don't want to steal sparky33's thunder, so I won't post a picture in this thread. But his thread in in the custom bikes section is here. Very nice looking bike, if I do say so myself.

My not so mossy green Alliance. Pictures aren't quite true to the actual green-ness which also has a gold flake that sparkles so nicely in the sunlight:

That looks so good!!!!

It's not mossy green, but it grows on me every time that I ride it.

Not mossy. British Racing Green (and white). Pictures do not do the paint justice.

My Atlanta. I've really grown to love this bike. The shot with fenders is how it currently looks.. Sorta want to change out the shifters to something else as it looks a bit confused with the silver and carbon parts.
