Stubborn Record BB cups

I am moving a 2009ish Record group from one bike to another and the drive side BB cup is super stuck. The NDS cup was hard then eventually came out, but this DS one moved just a smidge then stopped. I'm using a Lezyne tool (which seems to be a snug fit) and have worked my way up to an 18" breaker bar with no progress.
I have sprayed some pb blaster on it and that is soaking in right now, but any tricks out there that might help me here? I don't want to break or damage anything.
It's a titanium frame with I'm assuming a BB that has not been removed since installation.

the stupid question: you're sure you are turning it the right way?

alloy cups are pretty notorious for corroding to hell inside titanium frame. the good news is, they are relatively easy to cut out with a hacksaw blade if it comes down to that.

for now:

put the tool in a bench vise with a threaded rod through the whole BB with a washer on the other end, to keep the tool tight to the cup. turn the frame for lever edge.

Bigger breaker bar

Have a table mounted vise? First secure the BB tool in the vise. Place the bike and BB into the tool. Turn the frame, it's your breaker bar. Make sure you are turning the frame the right way. I learned this at a bike co-op where we refurbished a lot of rusted out beaters.

I have dealt with this same issue. What worked for me was a quick shock to BB cup, meaning a blow to the breaker bar to crack the seal. My constant pressure would not break it free. 2 quick blows with the rubber mallet and all set.

Soak, good, snug tool, breaker bar and turn it the correct way(RH cup is left threaded, righty-loosey, for English/BSC cups..Correct threaded(lefty-loosey) for the far superior Italian threaded cups..

Anti-sieze on threads for reinstall..

An overnight soak and my wife's 99 lbs on the end of a 6' helper bar got it done.
