I have these sitting in my parts box, which I have no use for. I can put them in an envelope and send them to you if you are interested.

You're referring to Huret DT shift lever braze-ons? They might not work for affixing a modern downtube shifter lever, but if all you want is a cable stop for integrated shift/brake or bar end shifters, then a regular cable stop may well work. I have Huret braze on bosses on my 1963 Jack Taylor, and modern Shimano cable stops work fine -- provided I use the Huret screws (different threading than modern Shimano). I don't think Zaconato was building frames that long ago, so it's kind of unlikely anyway.
