No ride, but spent the afternoon at the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC with the family.

As always, I am down for a ride tomorrow.

LT intervals on the TT bike. Weather was pretty nice after 5 days of rain and cooler temps. Rain for the next 4 days unfortunately.

10 miles commute to work by bike
25 miles tempo ride after I dropped my gear off at the office
10 miles riding back home after work

It was a beautiful day on the Space Coast of Florida. Temps this morning were a bit nippy as it was near 50 degrees when I left the house in the predawn hours. It warmed up nicely with highs reaching the mid 70's and low humdity values and even lighter winds -- which is not common for us.

It was a battle out there today with a south wind in excess of 25 mph. Lakeville to Dundas loop.

commute only

38ish miles to the office. had up to 3 others along for the ride at one point. cold morning for the area but the only dry morning of the week so I had to go. took the cyclocross bike outfitted with some plush 28mm Rivendell Roly Polys. beautiful sunrise and good company. too bad every work day doesn't start like this.

Riding Di2 on a BH test bike. Did a number of short commute/errands in the South SF Bay area and finished off with a night ride w/lights. Really love the Di2 and the BH is one of the best slopers I have yet to ride. Man...! -and I am a Italian frame and Campy guy... - Matt

Mile 0: Roughly 1 min later, Louis passed us in the opposite direction in his car probably heading to work.

Mile 10: temp. was probably in the 80s, unbelievable!

Mile 15: Along Fiddler Creek

Mile 30: Passed by a hillside stone quarry along the old route 66

Mile 32: Placing an order for my chicken sandwich

Mile 33: Six Flags Allenton St. Louis

Mile 40: Coming to the home stretch

Mile 41: If you look further up, you will see a super-steep hill leading up to Louis' house, I would guess it's at least 18%, is that right, Louis?

Mile 43: All good things must come to an end

Hey Weisan,

Was that you guys? I was hating you as I passed by - me going to work and you off on a ride. I saw all the cars at the gravel parking lot and figured you'd started there.

That's Weisan's favorite hill!!! From what I've read the steeper parts are about 20%, but I've never measured it myself.

Looks like you're getting quite a few miles even though it's early in the season.

Louis

Good Friday

Well, I'm in Singapore, 12 hrs ahead of EST. Got in 86k in 2:47 this AM on my just completed BMC. Haha, fortunately nothing fell off. Hot, a little under 31C (87F) and humid 88%. Got back and made a smoothie, one banana, 1/2 frozen banana, papaya, a handful each of frozen blueberries and black rasberries, add guava juice and water. Hmmm.
