I ride in Austin, his hometown - and yet never seen one out and about. I suspect he does put more than several out per mo.

Tomii Cycles

I have a story about Tomii to share another time, but he just posted this bike and golly gee I can’t stop looking at it:

Go look at the details on his Instagram: https://instagram.com/tomii_cycles

It’s allll in the details here. I don’t even know how you execute something like this.

The craftsmanship & detail is enough to make me frown upon everything I've done in my life. Total renaissance calibre work here.

He’s a talented, artistic builder as well as a great person. Every interaction I’ve had with Nao has been pleasant. I’ve also been impressed by his general openness to ideas. He’s willing to discuss what you want and explore options. A great characteristic to see in a builder.

As a designer, I fully appreciate the attention to detail of these bikes. Great to see the care and artistry that goes into these frames. I feel like it’s getting rarer and rarer these days.
