Campagnolo center pull brake calipers

Can anyone give some info on the brakes? I can’t find anything online about them. Thanks

Just a guess but maybe for under the rear stays mounting. It would be awesome to mount them front and rear.

I was having a hard time believing that Campagnolo put those calipers in their boxes, but thinking about this I often find that tt bikes are built to a strict budget for an expected small number of events, so in this sense it seems more logical to fill out a components gruppo option list with inexpensive, available parts that work well but might be heavier and less-finished, hidden with a black finish that at least matches current color offerings.
