That color is dreamy! I've always admired your sleeved stainless seat stays, stop teasing us and give us the full profile!

Modern Classic Rando

I've been teasing with some early photos of this one, here are a couple of the nice studio shots.

While all my frames are special, this one might qualify as "extra-special" with the hand-carved lugs with lots of hearts, stainless rear triangle and fork blades, custom front rack, etc, etc... The build is a mix of modern and vintage styling, with a threaded fork and quill stem, painted Honjo fenders complemented by a SRAM Etap group with TRP mid reach brakes to accommodate the fenders and Compass Chinook Pass tires.

In keeping with the "heart" theme...

Beautiful.

That front rack is over-the-top amazing. Congrats to you on another work of art.

Given a verbal description of that frame, "muted yellow with black components", I would think that I would be left nonplussed. By contrast, the photos show that the overall effect just ... works. So well.

Very cool mix of modern components with some vintage design. What seat post is that?

Well, Soma makes the Highway One, which is available in both 31.8 and 26.0mm, but I stumbled across this one from Dimension on my distributor's website and it's a nice compact design as well as having almost no logos on it, so it's super clean.
