Carbon handlebar, 38cm width, short reach/drop, with flat tops

Still working on specifying my sister's bike. Please recommend bars that come in 38mm width, short reach (say 70mm or less?) and have flattish tops instead of round.

I was going to recommend the new xplr carbon bar but see it only goes to 40cm. Seems many brands are opting out of 38 now. I love the xplr carbon bar. I didn’t think they could improve upon the aluminum model but they did!

What would you say is the improvement over aluminum? I also love these bars in aluminum and have them on several bikes. I have a feeling you are about to cost me to spend money!

I have the XPLR bar in alloy on my Bingham and I have to say it's my fave bar of all time. I don't see the value proposition for me to have carbon bars on my bikes, except for the Supersix that I weight-weenied out thanks to you and your magnesium Pinarello thread

The most noticeable is the shelf near the transition to the hood. It feels like a perfect fit for the palm and improves the comfort. The tops are shaped a bit more for an even more natural fit when cruising up top.

I have the XPLR and the spank wing 12 both in aluminum and feel like spank has all the good of the XPLR but better. Just went with it on my road bike despite its weight and no regrets. My hand felt much better.
Not for you sister (too wide) but just in general.
