IMHO I don't think it is that

1- I think selling a very flash paint like this is not so easy
2- Price is always indicative ...this bike/frame would/will sell at a price
A identical frame with this paint & size 54 sold on Ebay for $2387 in Dec so price seems right

Just IMO & GLWS I'm sure it will sell.
