Lots of buys/sales here over the years and finally had a crappy experience.

(Redacted) sold me a dropper. It showed up broken (seemingly missing parts and broken before packing) and a different travel than described. He told me to send it back and that he would refund me.

Dropper was returned and delivered. Have sent two pms. He’s been online but hasn’t replied.

Will give him a few days to refund the cash before filing a PayPal complaint. Not sure why I’m getting ghosted.

This is obviously a sensitive issue, so you have to proceed however you feel comfortable. The facts that you describe are indicative of a totally unreliable seller. It would be beneficial to know who that seller is so we (I) could avoid dealing with them. That's what this thread is for: mostly to give props to the great sellers and to put the crappy sellers on notice.
