have a RecTec RT-340 pellet machine... has an app and temp probes, all sorts of stuff.
have made a pretty great pork shoulder in it, burgers, sausages, chicken wings, and bacon... brisket is definitely on the list to make soon.
generally make my own rubs as the we like it a bit more spicy than traditional bbq
