Shout out to Old Potatoe

Not that it should be a surprise to anyone frequenting this forum, but I'd like to acknowledge Old Potatoe for helping a friend of mine salvage a Campy 11s shifter. My buddy could not find the part anywhere and asked me if I had any ideas. I suggested that he try OP, who indeed had the part in question.

(I should also mention that a few years ago, when he was still running Vecchios and I was still racing CX, the OP helped me out after I broke a shifter in a crash. I didn't need a whole shifter, and he offered a few cannibalized parts which he had on hand. The parts arrived quickly and I had everything back together in less than a week).

Pete is a true gentleman...patiently fielded many dumb questions for me on builds, rebuilt many brifters over the years...just a solid guy and much appreciated by many...makes this place better on many levels...not a nancy either...

+100. I sometimes feel guilty about peppering OP with emails about wrenching dark arts, but he's always considerate in sharing his vast knowledge.

Plus he builds a damned fine wheel (whether or not you're a nancy).

OP FTW
