First thing that came to mind when I saw the first pic was those cylinders used in the drive up bank teller tubes. Gotta make sure my license is with that check I'm depositing.

Not really a "smart" bottle imo. Interesting features that may come in handy for camping though.

Or if your GPS is low on battery and you are lost. That is a neat feature.

My first reaction was a scoff, but it would actually be a pretty nice combo for bike packing or just camping. I used to have a lighted lid for my nalgene (back when people used nalgene's) and it made a pretty respectable tent lantern.
