OT And riding with mask story from the Architect

OT And riding with mask story from the Architect
One incident i had while wearing a mask (bandana) while riding story

Leaving my bike from my house I head at times to very tree shaded narrow one lane road with speed bumps i am familiar with Has I ride with my mask down on this road I saw a woman walking So I just in time pulled my mask up.
However I didn’t notice I was close to a speed bump Which I hit without my normal slow down before hitting it practice .
Not locked into my pedals and using just toe clips my foot flew out of the pedal and it came around and hit front of my leg somehow.
I rode a short distance and looked down.
Blood everywhere!!!
The pedal had hit an a blood vessel on the surface and punctured it
Blood was shooting out in a small stream.
I couldn’t stop the blood what to do?

Than i thought my banana. Yes!! I wrapped it around the wound and headed to Urgent Care has it was only 1/2 mile away
And once there wound was cleaned and blood had stopped.
one tetanus shot and good to go.
Moral is wear mask correctly at all times

Please start a series "Stories from the Architect." I'll bet you have a lot of good ones over the years.
