What a gourgeous day. 38 and sunny. 80km and done. It would be real easy if it was like this the whole time but looks like the cold, frozen rain are coming

Great weather

Rode over 60 miles each day so far. Was 50+ both days at the end of the ride. Crazy weather for Dec.

Should make it if I can do 60ish a day.

There will be no outside riding. Too much snow and cold.
Oops looks like I'll get an outside ride in before the new year.

Well - I'll give you credit. It's one thing to ride 100 mi. It's another to do it solo on the ~shortest day of the year. Takes some real intestinal fortitude to do it.

About halfway (to km not miles) — rode up to Santa Barbara yesterday, including a detour over Casitas Pass. Weather was supposed to be bad but it was clear most of the way, only got rained on briefly.
