Your favorite Zwift structure workout?
Right now I am in week 2 of the 10-12 week FTP builder.

I just finished week-11 of "Build Me Up". Exceeded expectations in the variety of workout styles included (e.g. kept it interesting), intensities (down-right pinned past couple of weeks), etc. FTP test end of this week will put a number on it but I know I feel stronger on the bike.
Downside is 4-5 days a week on a fixed schedule has me a bit burned out riding inside. Was the idea when I started in early Jan but that didn't factor in the current situation. Another downside on Zwift workouts generally is the rigid schedule. I get it but did have a week with work travel and those workouts expired. Sometimes you only get 24 hours to check one off, life or not. |
