Ah. Got it. No disc brake road bikes in my house so I don't pay attention to such things.

I will hold off on riding a disc brake road bike for as long as possible. Because I might really like it and then my whole stable might become obsolete...

Using tubes won't affect the maximum allowed tire pressure. On the other hand, the maximum tire pressure with these rims is fairly low - 72.5 psi. They really don't intend these wheels to be used with tires narrower than about 28mm.
