Anybody using eThirteen 12sp 9-46t cassette?

Still debating whether to use the eagle 12sp cassette for an AXS mullet setup or use the eThirteen.
Reason why I like the e13 is better spacing (don’t really need 50t) and the 9t cog which is great if you use a 40t front.
On the other hand I read about excessive wear on chain and shifting not as crisp as Eagle cassette.
