That's freakin' gorgeous. Is it paint over chrome, like the Wilier chromovelato?

English language pedantry: it's "hiccup" -- or "hiccough" if you're old-fashioned.

When you look up "road racing bicycle" in the dictionary, that photo should be there.

Simply stunning looking bike. I'm going back and forth between white/white for bar tape or black/black on a new bike I'm building.

Is the last picture (at night) the Extralite black stem you referred to in the first post? If so, is that a -12 degree stem?

Thanks.

Cheers again hahah yeah we will have to fix the dictionary.

I to also battled with the great choice of black vs white bartape / saddle. I think i would very often conclude that white was nicer if it wasent for the saddles turning into grey way to fast. Bartape just looks nice when a bit used while saddles just look worn out imo.
Yep its a cromovelato paint like the ramata. Which ive learned means vailed chrome.
hyperstem is idd a -12 degree that is correct.

I could see yellow bar tape on that. No need for the saddle to match (IMHO).

Thank you for the confirmation on stem rise. That's the stem I'm using for my build. Looks great on your bike

I'm leaning towards black/black only because I can't imagine keeping the bar tape and saddle looking so clean. But I really, really like the white/white in pictures...it pops!

Thanks again for the appreciation

Its a 58x57.5 roughly

When i first ordered this it was the very vibrant in your face pink that got me hooked more than anything. Now after having watched it for a few weeks i find myself liking the more sober look on a cloudy afternoon like today or the almost maroon metallic at night vs the bright pink in the sun that initially got me cravings. Color is however constantly changing appearance every time i see it so maybe my favorite shade hasent revealed itself yet .)

it rides fantastic thats all i can say but i still have yet to ride it properly but next week theres some warmth coming our way thank god. Still 5 degrees and rain here in may right now : /

So new page demands more pics, here are some shots from a cloudy Tuesday.

So cool looking. Love the paint, works so well on that bike. I watched a video today on how Battaglin does the cromovelato paint for this bike...so interesting and produces such a unique, beautiful frame. I really like the "overcast sky" coloring it produces in your pictures.
