Kickr power upload problems

I have this setup: Kickr -> iPhone 11 -> auto upload to Strava via Elemnt app.
Problem: All my outside rides with the same phone upload my power numbers to Strava fine, but not my indoor Kickr numbers. The power numbers make it to the Elemnt app but don't make the jump into Strava. I've looked for any setting to change that might fix this but I can't find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Does the type of activity matter? Workout vs cycling? Is there an Elemnt app as well as the Wahoo Fitness app? If so, try the WF?

^ i think you are correct. I did a Garmin->Indoor cycling activity last night and it didnt update to Strava.

I was doing a compare of the Kickr vs. Quarq dZero and the the Kickr pointed at Zwift on the apple tv and the quarq pointed at my garmin. Kickr updated fine, but the quarq going to indoor activity didn't get pushed. Likely due to my settings.

I thought that too so I changed the type and tried re-uploading the ride. It didn't push the power data still. :/
