I did try to snag some RevX at first but seller never responded. Anyway this is a certainly a nicer set of wheels and seeing as I plan to ride the hell out of this bike I feel much better about these.


Ha, yeah, I’m not sure I’d trust a 25+ year old set of the Rev-X on a bike that’s actually going to be ridden a bunch. No idea how well the layup & resin ages even under ideal conditions.

The modern wheels do look nicely proportional with the tubeset, so a win either way.
