This is the only official thread I'll give you credit for your pick. do it in this thread next time.

Picking Van Avermaet for Flanders. He's in form and hungry to add another monument to his resume.

Greg
Greg,

I'll add you to the spreadsheet and give you credit for your pick. But going forward, it is (selfishly) just easier for me to keep track of the picks in a single thread over the entire season.

I'm going to go with Naesen for Flanders but I think it is Sagan's to lose.

I just read Naesen has bronchitis. I'm officially changing my pick to Sagan

I'm leaning toward GVA or Sagan, but Lampaert may be a surprise. This year seems super wide open, which should make for an interesting race.

I think one of the GCN guys was picking Jungels... to win like Gilbert, from a long way out.

I'll pick Sagan, followed by Van Avermaet and Van Aert. I didn't see it, but sounds like Van der Poel came on strong for Dwars door Vlaanderen...

Came on strong? He was in a different class. Truly amazing and unheard of.

Yeah, a little understatement--if his CX racing is any indication (speaking of other-levelness), yes, he's waay up there.

I'm really hesitant to pick a non-quickstep rider, but I am going with Sagan for my pick this week. Hopefully his antics in GW were just a deep effort to prime him for this Sunday.

You picked Sagan for Milano Sanremo and you can only use a pick once. I'll put GVA in for your pick, but if you want to change to someone else, just let me know.

Right, thanks Matt--lapse in attention. Let's go, GVA!

get your final Tour of Flanders picks in.

The prize package is about ~$30 value -- if that is incentive to play.
