PF30a cranks on a BB30 frame
I’m looking to purchase an Si Hollowgram crankset from a forum member. It came off of a 2018 Cannondale Supersix Evo disc. which uses a PF30A BB, I believe. My bike is a 2014 Caad10, which has a BB30 shell. I’m trying to figure out what is needed to make this work.
Per the links below, PF30A uses 73mm shell. BB30 is 68mm. Does this mean, all I would need is 5mm worth of spacers to make this fit? (In addition you the wavy washer). Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything before the purchase. Thanks. https://wheelsmfg.com/bb30a-tech-info https://wheelsmfg.com/bb30-tech |

You are correct, kinda. Assuming you are getting the cranks, spindle (109mm), and all the spacers you'd need to put it in another PF30a frame. I am assuming you are going to get a 2.5mm flanged for the NDS, and the standard 2.6mm non-flanged for the DS. Factory, Cannondale also sells a 7.5mm Flanged spacer for the NDS.
These guys sell just the spacer you need, and they even give a breakdown of what combination you need based on which bike/bb shell you are putting it on at the bottom of the page. This might be a hair more than trying to chase it down on eBay, but you get what you need and nothing extra. https://stage21bikes.com/stage-21-ho...indle-spacers/ As someone who's got a set or two of these cranksets, I've played the adding game a few times to make them fit on bikes they weren't originally intended for, like my TwinSix Standard Rando Titanium..
