First ride was legitimate! Some serious steep climbs, but the 38mm Rene Herse handled it nicely, set up tubeless. Running high 30s in the rear.

Need to tune the rear Neo Retros. Way too much resistance, felt like I was doing hand workouts while braking.

Good luck with the Rene Herse tires, keep an eye on those sidewalls! and the brakes, try lubing the cables, but I wouldn't bet on it helping much.

Yeah, thanks for the tip.

As for the brakes, I’ll just adjust the sprint tension on the Paul Retro Neos. I think they’re too high, hence the lever resistance.
