Looking at a facilitator in Lancaster (PA). Bottom line, a frame would have to picked up at Universal Cycles and shipped to me in North Dakota. They do not ship frames and bikes.

Have you found someone to help yet? Universal Cycles has a store in Portland, OR as well. It might be easier to find someone to help who lives there instead. That's assuming the frame is available at that store, though.
