Seriously? 3/2.5 ti?
I remember reading about building ti frames years ago and how it just ate up tools - grinders, etc.
I've never worked with it, so I have no idea. This was the just the impression I had.

It is hard on cutting tooling, because it pulls, as in machining from flat stock, like a drop out, and very power heavy when drawing tubes, but you can drill sand and file it pretty easily.
