What's the coolest piece of repurposed bicycle parts you have seen?

I have a spot in my library that needs a lamp. Saw this, and got thinking about other recycled bike bits. I've seen tires turned into chairs and belts, cogs turned into ornaments and wind chimes...

Anything that you thought was particularly cool?

Mailbox stand is my favorite.

I have often thought of taking a massive walnut slab and attaching to some old friends (frames no longer used) with rims as the support legs.

I'm building garage cabinets and am thinking about bike parts for door pulls. Left side crank arm is most obvious, others?

Not a sci-fi fan, are you?

It took me a second to figure it out, and just last night I was watching a TNG episode on DVD...

Until this thread the best I had seen were stained glass disc rotors https://www.etsy.com/listing/7820680...ld_out-4&cns=1

But that lamp shot to the top of my personal leaderboard!
