28.6mm FD clamp solution

Anyone got a favorite workaround for getting a Campy Record 11sp FD fitted on a 28.6mm seat tube?

I see Fairwheel Bikes carries KCNC mounts in that size, but curious if anyone has better suggestions for the intended application. Whatever solution minimizes potential paint/dent damage is prioritized. Gonna be running Record 11sp cranks with 50/34 rings.
