If you can find them in primo shape or just a season old they're basically the same bike as new. Campy Man on paceline sold my my 2014 Vamoots and I couldn't ask for a better road bike.
I hope your wife loves the new frameset she has coming too. I was eyeing that for my better half but I'm glad you jumped on it if only to save me a few grand

Stem

Friend of mine has a Moots stem on his cross bike. First time seeing one in the flesh. Just beautiful. I don't have the funds but would love to get one for mine.

Moots CR 2011 - Winner - Final Answer

Why the bad lighting? Because it took me five frigging hours to remove the Record 11 group, put a new fork/headset on, and build it up with the 9100 group...which definitely is not your father's Dura Ace...

Other than the periscope needing to be cut, and waiting for the matching Deda post and different cages to arrive, she's pretty much done. I've got a bit more thinking with the mechs to do, but I'm hoping to have her back on the road tomorrow. I'm excited for the plushness of Veloflex plus Latex plus Belgium+

Oh, and why DA9100? Mostly because I decided to use the DA9000 on my wife's Moots I'm slowly hoarding the parts for...and I wanted to have consistency in the garage. Silly, yes. But most of the things I do are...

This is the post that will be going on there:

Dunno. I need to get some calipers. They look quite fat and I'm not sure I'd go any wider without risking clearance at the chainstays...maybe 27s would fit, but I doubt the Open Corsa 28s I have would. May have to test that when these finally give up.
