Advice on Bora One USB bearings

Hi - I noticed a faint sound coming from the hub of my Bora One 35 rear wheel. This is coming up to the 5000km mark from new. I will take it in to my LBS but am wondering if the bearings need replacing already and if this kind of lifespan is normal. Curious what other Paceliners are getting out of the same hubs? Also, can these be regreased or will a new cartridge be needed? Thanks.
