I race XC with a guy who wears just bibs - no shirt/jersey. This would be perfect for him.

That sounds really uncomfortable! I get Rouleur mag and it’s online mag but no mention of who makes these. He was on Kiera’s youtube interview at the “Rouleur Live” weekend in GB.
