Definitely thinking about doing D2R2, it's been on my list for a long time and they have 180k which is cool.

Registration for the Sourlands Semi-Classic opened on 1/31 at 7 pm. There's a 125 rider field limit for the Feb 26 59 mile road/gravel event (approx. 3100 ft of climbing). As of 6:06 pm on 2/1, there are 66 registrations in the ride, so there's still room if you're interested. I'll be there moving slowly around the course unless we have a blizzard. $45 fee for a late winter tune up ride. Some support but only one food stop. Be self-sufficient with spares, pump, etc.

Any idea when Grinduro PA opens? Is it generally hard to get a reg?
Also, for anyone who’s done it, could I survive on 28mm road bike? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The course has yet to be announced and varies every year, but it’s intended for “gravel” or mixed terrain bikes. 28 mm tires would be ambitious. A skilled rider could survive, but I’m sure it’d be a slow and frustrating day. You’ll have a better time on wider tires and disc brakes. |

Are these supposed to be the ride dates? They are the wrong dates.

Those were dates posted in January, they must have changed. Wayback machine for January shows for example Hell of Hunterdon for March 27th https://web.archive.org/web/20220107...hunterdon.com/
If anyone is interested in an event best they use the link to get to site and updated date. |
