Removing Head Badge

I have a crunched Ottrott that I’m finally going to toss in the trash.
How can I remove the head badge without damaging it?

Assuming it’s glued on; use fishing line around the head tube under the badge; working it back and fourth to saw it off.

I had more trouble keeping a head badge ON a Serotta than having to remove it . Angry’s suggestion should work just fine.

If it is glued, hair dryer heat to soften the adhesive?
Along with the string thing.

If you are really going to trash it, cut the head tube out of the frame...and mount it somewhere like a trophy.

Razor blade ftw. Works with rivets, so should work without
Heat gun for the glue.

I agree with the "cut out the head tube" idea.

What's crushed? Make a stool out of the rear triangle and put the head badge on the seat tube.

Success!
No fishing line so I tried dental floss. No go.
Dribbled some Goof Off behind the badge last night. After an overnight soak I carefully inserted a single edge razor blade around the gap and got it off.
More Goof Off and muscle power removed the adhesive. The adhesive was pretty darn good,

Congrats. For future reference Veloo was right - the hair dryer is the way to go with all adhesives including crappy frame stickers.
