Drew Dillman looks like he's going to have a great race video put up on Youtube in the next couple days. The reel he posted on Instagram is exciting.

I watched Drew Dillman's raw footage of the race on YouTube. This will sound naive of me but I was amazed at how fast the lead group of elite riders were going for the entire distance of the race. Attacks were constant, gaps opened and then closed down. The race to get to the single track section towards the end was unreal. In my minds eye I had a vision of this because after all it is a race......but seeing it unfold on camera provides a peak into just how hard racing at this level can be.

I'm always curious to see Mid South attendance as it's the first big national event of the year (going to have to start looking at BWR AZ too/instead I guess).

I thought for sure we'd see a decrease in attendance this year. This is really something, both the 100 and 50 saw increases again this year. It's fascinating, when does Gravel start exhausting itself? Not anytime soon it seems.

It's one of the better videos I've seen. Not sure if cameras are just getting better quality video and lens angle or what, really captured how it feels to race such events.

Having followed this thread since you started, I'd like to thank you for sharing it. I could feel the excitement build, and I got a nice impression of the course, and then to see you killed it in the end...great job.

I felt like I was there, and if it had been me I'd probably still be on a high after that ride.
