People local to me that I ride with don't see all of my "for sale" posts, just the new bikes on IG/Strava, so I think they all assume I have like 20 stuck away in a barn somewhere......

Nope. Only two fully built (Kirk MRB and a 29er), one awaiting build (Moots Routt RSL), and one in project status (Rock Lobster Graveler).

I want a Dogma F10 disc. And a Yeti SB150 (or similar). And wouldn't mind a second all-steel roadie that I felt better about packing in a travel bag than my Kirk --- but all of those are probably just dreams at this point. No room. No time. No spare room. At least until I really, seriously, 100% clear out anything and everything I'm not using.

1. Mercredi (custom road) - Built up with eTap 11s, Duke/Hope wheels, Thomson bits and pieces

2. Crust Nor'Easter - Awaiting some final parts (and my slow wheelbuilding) to get it rolling

3. Icarus (custom road) featured on The Radavist some years back - currently built up with Getaround bars, a Nitto rack on the ENVE fork and flat panda pedals for my townie bike

4. Yeti Arc-X - currently in storage with no plans to build, would love to see someone else riding it.

Then there's my wife's Icarus (a wedding present from yours truly)

1. 2015 Cervelo R5, DA 9000.
2. CADD12 Black Inc with DA 9100 and Zipp 303s.
3. All City Mr Pink 10th Anniversary frameset, just been sitting in its box for awhile, completely brand new.
4. S-Works Tarmac SL6 disc frameset, first getting some new paint, then will start building it out.

I'm trying to get rid of all but the S-Works, but we'll see if I am actually willing to part with any of them. I say that every time I buy a new bike...

One frame. Exactly one. Ignore all that welded tubing hanging from the rafters or stashed in the closets.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Two Bikes:
  • Firefly - 2012, built up with Campagnolo Record 11 (now with a praxis subcompact crank)
  • Speedvagen - Campagnolo Chorus 11
One Frame
  • 1985 Trek 770 - waiting to be built up with DA 7400/7700/7800

I'm considering buying an SV Urban Racer (and may sell the SV to fund it).

One thing never changes - my ability to think that my next bike is my last bike...

Current garage situation:
  • Kirk MRB - fillet brazed steel frame/fork - DA9100 mechanical - Phil / EA90SL Wheels w Tubeless 28s
  • Firefly Road - carbon/titanium mix - DA9100 mechanical - HED Ardennes+ Black Wheels w Tubeless 28s
  • Ellis Modern Classic - disc fillet brazed steel w carbon fork - DA9170 mix - HUNT Wheels w Tubeless 30s (going to 35s)
  • Rock Lobster Monstercross - tig'd steel frame/fork - Centaur 11 mix - Mavic Allroad Wheels w Tubeless 40s
  • Trek Procaliber 9.8 RSL - 29er - XX1 group - XXX / 240s Wheels

And in-bound:
  • Serotta Design Studios Duetti - disc alloy frame - Etap hydro - HED Ardennes+ LT Wheels w Tubeless 28s ...... you know, because I needed a trainer/travel bike....
