I'm a fan of anything that Vaughn Oliver designed for 4AD / 23 Envelope in the 80s/90s. That said, these two get my nod as icons.

I had a French tourist come through a couple of years ago. He was excited to show me a picture he took in Chicago, which he thought to be the building on the album cover. I had to pull the album out and disappoint him.
