Amazing weekend of riding!

Just getting ramped up on a Monday morning, but still a smile on my face from a perfect weather/riding weekend.

found some roads in central jersey yesterday that were just perfect. the kind of loop that makes a gravel hungry roadie weep with joy. very well groomed roads, low low traffic (none?) and good temperature. mostly tree covered shaded all day.

i want to modify this loop a bit, and stand by - i'll post a forum ride for the fall on most of these roads. as good as this weekend was, i will bet the colors out here will explode in the fall.

few pics below, the rest of them on my blog here:

Very nice.

It certainly was a stellar weekend for riding up here in the Northeast. Dry northerly winds with temps in the 70s were perfect for riding.

We are in NH right now and I got a great dirt ride in on Sat. Pics later...

Wow, what pic's! Makes me homesick and want to move back east. I see you're channeling your inner Velotel!

And I went all the way to Portugal for some ridding. Shoulda just come down to Jersey. Looks great man, I am not surprised, Jersey has a bad rep but has some beautiful places.

Really nice.
Wish there was more of that kind of road where I am. I’d be on it in a flash.
