Godspeed. He built great frames and, by all accounts, was a pretty great guy.

Time to dust off the Peg for a couple rides this weekend.

Ughhh. So sad.

Sort of like losing Bourdain. When someone with that much life passes it kind of leaves a hole in the universe.

RIP Dario

Maybe one day I will be lucky to ride one of his bikes. Always been intrigued. But more than his bikes, I always liked his personality. Seemed like a hell of a guy

Wow - sad news. I will ride the Responsorium tomorrow thinking of him with appreciation.

Very sad.

I enjoyed reading the article someone posted about him yesterday. I have seen some of his creations in person (Above Category in Sausalito) and they are definitely works of art.

A Loss

I knew him not but did see him at a NAHBS once. I did know of his work and read some articles about him and read some of his interviews. He and his work are both interesting, a loss indeed.

Dario´s paint and art work on frames, the model names... his frames are not works of art. They are better than works of art. It´s a symbiosis of art and function.

Wow, this is pretty shocking. He certainly left his mark on the cycling world and will be missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

RIP. Fortunate enough to have one of his creations. A CTS Responsorium. Sad day, huge void with his passing.
