New Rapha Silk Jersey

I, for one, am excited.

I've gone on a few rides with a silk shirt (goofin'). Rides ranged from cold thunderstorms to blistering heat in the same day and I felt surprisingly comfortable throughout.
Same experience with silk scarves; keeps toasty and cool in an almost... weightless feel.


215$ is quite some dough to drop on a jersey though!

I wonder how the pocket sag is. Silk? Can't imagine it holds up well as an outer layer.

I hear you but as you know like anything, it's not all equal. Years ago Eddie Bauer sold silk long underwear that wore like iron. I trust they tested it well enough. Not all silk is delicate, look at jockey jerseys.
