Need some help with a Diamas

Does anyone own (now this very minute to take pictures) a Seven Diamas V.II?

I am having trouble with the derailleur cables near the bottom bracket and have searched the internet, called SEVEN (they are “looking into it”), and forums....btw a lot of folks do NOT like the bike here.

I am hoping someone does who might be able to help me.
