I did make one small, but very important upgrade on the bike. I had a titanium Chris King headset on there but had a black top cap. After a few months of watching on eBay, I finally have the matching ti top cap.

Only thing I think I would have done differently is go Sram AXS instead of di2. Since I wanted the wider range, I had to go with the XT derailleur. I think I've finally got it all dialed in, but that derailleur with the Sunrace 10-46 just never wanted to shift quite right.
