Just chiming in here to say I'm thoroughly pleased with my new Berk Lupina Short 150mm.

I'd been trialing an older, standard length Lupina 150 for a few months now, and had been pretty happy with it. Fit wise, I've felt far less perineal pressure, and I find that I can roll my pelvis much further forward than I could with other saddles.

Sadly, my bike fell over at some point and knocked loose one of the wings. I tried to repair it with some JB weld, but was still rather loose.

I figured waiting for a new one would be worth it - boy, I did not have to wait at all, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I went with the short version because I found the long Lupina would end up poking my back occasionally on my steeper-ish seat tube angle bike.

It showed up less than 5 days after ordering, and I have to say that construction is far superior overall, IMO.

Such a nice piece of kit - definitely ordering another for my upcoming Speedvagen!

Does anyone know how a Lupina 132 compares to a Selle Italia SLR?

First hand experience with both. Send along an email to info@elitevelosolutions@gmail.com and I'd be more than happy to give insight.

I came from the SLR to Berk, hence the reason I became a distributor in the states.
